The Corporate RFQ process is as follows.

1. Click “Corporate RFQ” on the top of the homepage.

The Create RFQ button on the right will open the RFQ application page.

2. Fill out the basic and detail information in the Create RFQ page.

Select the RFQ type and write the basic information and details for the project.

*If the RFQ is of a sensitive nature, you can create passwords through selective disclosure so that only authorized companies can access it.

3. View all received quotations at once.

Click My Page -> My RFQ-> RFQs Created to see all the RFQ made, and all the quotations listed by other companies below. Click each quotations to see detailed information.

4. Review the quotations.

Click the “Receiving Quotation” button and select “Reviewing Quotation” to stop receiving quotations.

Use the received quotations to conduct transactions with your desired corporate member.

If no quotations meets your needs, you can end reception without completion of a contract.

5. Proceed with the transaction.

If there is a satisfactory quotation, proceed with transaction. with the corresponding company making.

*Podosea also serves as a mediator for RFQs between corporate members.

Each RFQ is carried out freely between two corporate members, and Podosea does not intervene by principle.

When a dispute occurs while a transaction is in progress, Podosea recommends settling the dispute through bilateral agreement.

The parties can also consult the E-Commerce Mediation Committee for mediation.

6. Leave a review after the transaction.

After the transaction, leave a review about the company you worked with.

A more detailed review using pros and cons and other information will be a big help to other corporate members.
